We create all of our designs in-house. If you see something on our site, know that it is an original design. Unless we advertise an organization-specific piece of apparel (one provided BY the organization), all of our featured designs are unique to us.

Production times vary, but as an example, we can build a 100% wool jacket, complete with front letters/emblems, sleeve emblems, and back designs in about 7 days. We don't start with a blank jacket. We build your jackets panel by panel - CUSTOM - just for you!

Yes, you can. At any time during the process, you can ask for an update. All we ask is that you allow us the allotted time that we gave you to complete the work. In most cases, we will not "rush" a job if that request was not specified at the beginning.

You own the content and intellectual property. Remember - you are using Shopify as your platform, so as long as you pay you have access to your website.

During the apparel design phase, you will get to choose every aspect of your design. We will send you mockups of your apparel. Once you have agreed to a specific design, we will begin designing your apparel. If you decide that you would like to change any aspect of the agreed-upon design, you will be responsible for additional charges, and only if there is time to make those changes.
